How do you assess new clients?
If you are a new client, you will need to fill out a simple health questionaire.
This is available online or you can pick one up prior to beginning a new class.
What if a class I liked is booked out?
Some of our classes are more popular than others, with higher numbers. Most of our regulars pay in block bookings. This also saves money, and ensures they can attend classes in advance. Its advisable to book in advance.
How many days a week should I work out?
This depends entirely on your individual health and fitness goals. You should aim to commit to a minimum of
three days ech week.
How fast will I see the results of regular training?
You will feel the results before you see them. People who are consistent in their training will,
find improvements with their sleep, their mood, and their energy levels very quickly.
